We are delighted to welcome everyone to a new and hopefully exciting season of bowling here at Godstone. It’s 2012 – the year of the London Olympics – and you may know already that the Olympic Torch will pass through the Village on Friday 20^thJuly.  We plan to celebrate the occasion with a special Olympic Lunch and Roll-Up and, depending on the timing, we hope our members will be lining the route in Club shirts to cheer the Torch on its merry way.

We’ll have more opportunities to dust off our shiny red, white and blue bunting before all that, of course, as there’s our Open Day in late May and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in early June.  The next exciting event of the year for members will be the Club’s Tour to Sandown, Isle of Wight, from 7^thto 14^th July, more details of which will be available at our Coffee Morning on 14th April.

Godstone Bowling Club welcomes anyone wishing to play bowls, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced player.
